A Week Full of New Thoughts and Finders
Showing the Every week, Focus: A Thematic Way to Learn
Each week of Summer STEAM Camp has a new topic, which helps children learn more about and focus on various STEAM areas.
Learning through topics that are real.
There is a lot for kids to learn about each “Summer STEAM Camp Week” theme. That week, everything that happens, such seminars, projects, and activities, is centred around a main topic.” Because of this theme focus, campers can expand on what they learn each day by seeing how different STEAM fields work together to solve problems or make logical sense of things that are hard to comprehend. This method helps kids remember what they’ve learnt and offers them a concrete reason for it.
Things you can accomplish on your alone and things you can do with other people.
Our weekly program is mostly made up of group challenges and hands-on projects. We believe that the greatest way to learn is by doing. Campers dedicate a lot of time accomplishing things with their hands, such making digital art, or doing science experiments. A lot of the time, people work on these projects in groups. This makes it easier for them to talk to one other, and divide up the labour. Not only do individuals use what they have learnt know in theory, but they also learn important abilities for collaborating and leading that are comparable to those employed in real-world innovation settings.
Outside of School: Teaching 21st-Century Skills
The format of our weekly camp is meant to do more than just teach STEAM topics; it is also meant to help kids develop important skills that will help them succeed in the future.
Helping individuals think deeply and find solutions.
One of the main purposes of “Summer STEAM Camp Week” is to teach students how to think strategically and solve problems. Campers have to think about the things they see, figure out what the problems are, come up with answers, and then see how well they performed because our challenges don’t have a set end. They learn to fix bugs in code, improve designs, and improve experiments, and they see failure as a useful part of the learning process. This never-ending cycle of questioning and improving increases strength and analytical skills, getting students ready for tough problems in any sector.
